Bangalore City International College of Nursing was established in the year 2004. The College is Affiliated to RGUHS, Recognized by Government of Karnataka and approved by Karnataka Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council. COURSES & ELIGIBILITY

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)

Duration: 3 Years
Eligibility: Pass in 10+2/HSC/PUC/PDC/VHSE/ age between 17-35 years

B.Sc. Nursing (Bachelor of science in Nursing)

Duration: 4 Years
Eligibility: Pass in PUC/PDC/10 +2/XII/HSE/VHSE with 45% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry Biology and English. Should be completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission



PB B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic Bachelor of science in Nursing)

Duration: 2 Years
Eligibility: GNM Pass, GNM fresher also eligible

M.Sc. Nursing (Master of science in Nursing)

Duration: 2 Years Eligibility: B.Sc. (N) with 1 Year experience PB B.Sc. (N) without experience
Specializations: Pediatric Nursing, Community Health nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Psychiatric Nursing.



EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Extracurricular activities are an essential part of a well-rounded education. These activities enable students to apply academic skills in a real-world context. They also allow students to reinforce the lessons learned in the classroom.

Our college has a multipurpose play ground and facilities for cricket, volleyball, tennis, basket ball, swimming and other indoor games etc.

ANTI RAGGING POLICY

Ragging in any form is banned inside and outside the campus. Strict action is taken against any person who chooses to disobey this rule, no leniency is shown. Under the Karnataka education act of 1983, ragging is a criminal offence and punishable with one year imprisonment. The supreme court of India has also defined ragging as a criminal offence.
